Spoke with Mary. She said that the panels were very lose. The vehicle was two and a half days late due to parts delays. The day she picked the vehicle up it was not done and she had to wait 2 hours. They treated her fine until she complained about the panels, and then they did not like what she was saying. She had to call them for updates. The manager promised her two free vehicle detailings but she has not heard back. She would not recommend this business, but she chose not to elaborate.
