Darrell said he doesn't know them that well. He said he thought they were expensive. He didn't get a list of what they did to his vehicle. He wasn't kept adequately informed because he didn't receive any calls. He couldn't assess the way he was treated by the personel. He never met them. They came and picked up the vehicle.
