Jennifer said her vehicle has not yet been fixed completely by this business. She has to deal with an outside company to stripe her vehicle. She was told by them that the guy that would stripe her vehicle would come to whereever she was but he does not seem to be where she is at. She has not been able to get in contact with him. She has dealt with Jay in the past but he has not been really helpful. She told him she feels her vehicle is driving weird and it does not seem fixed. He told her to have the stripes done first and then he will set up an appointment to meet with her. She has not been able to get in touch with the guy who is supposed to be doing the stripes and she does not know what to do. Her vehicle took two weeks later than promised due to them finding additional damage and needing the insurance company to come out. When it was finally ready they called her the day of and she had no idea it was even close to being ready. She won't recommend this business for these reasons.
