Sheery said this business was fine, but she rated her overall experience a 4 because of her experience with Enterprise at this business wasn't that great. Her problem was that they didn't explain that she'd have to pay for the extra insurance on the rental. The man she dealt with at Enterprise told her it's in bold letters on their computer what the insurance company contract will pay for a customer, but it wasn't explained to her. She stated they lied to her, and they should have told her up front. If they don't explain it they can't expect the customer to pay for it, and she walked away. The vehicle was ready when promised, but they'd forgotten the alignment and it was driving pretty badly. The driver's front wheel was bent so the alignment should have been in the quote somewhere. Yesterday she got the alignment, and the alignment is fine, but now this morning the steering wheel was shaking real bad and that's new. She hasn't yet talked to this business, but she's going to have her husband drive it first. She came to this business because she buys all her vehicles from the affiliated dealership, and she's been going to the dealership for almost 20 years. The estimator, Gerald Coney, and the gentleman that worked with him, were both great.
