Simon said he wasn't satisfied with the repairs because the tinted windows are scratched and his check engine light is on. He said he was never told when his vehicle would be ready, but he felt 50 days was far too long. He said at one point his vehicle sat for 15 days without having any work done on it. He said Jay kept telling him the vehicle would be ready the following week but it wasn't. He said nobody went over the estimate with him and he wasn't satisfied with the way the personnel treated him. They only contacted him when they were returning his calls. He said his Texas Longhorn emblem was stolen from his vehicle while it was at the facility and he felt mistreated by the personnel. He said he wouldn't recommend this business based on this experience.
