Todd said they did a good job, but they forgot to do something that he asked them to do. The work took three times as long as they said it would. The work took over one week and they kept giving different reasons for the delay. There was a parts delay and they had to order parts. He was not kept informed during the repair process. He had to call to get updated. He was not satisfied with the communication. They did not call. He had to call them to get informed.
