Randal said there was a recall out on the make and model of his vehicle and he wanted it completed during the visit if it was needed. When he asked about the recall the person he spoke with told him he would have to look it up on the computer. A second person sitting in the office told him the recall was not needed on his vehicle even though it fit all the requirements for the recall. He had to call to get updates on the repair but when his calls were answered everyone was very professional and quick to respond. During the accident, the vehicle was spun around. Since the repair, when the sun roof is being closed he has to close it twice before it completely closes. It closes almost totally then stops and has to be opened then closed again.
