Julio said he got his vehicle back 5 days late, because the insurance company sent this business a check, but the check didn't cover all the work. He stated he was pleased with Gerald Cooney, the person who helped him with everything. Julio pointed out Gerald explained everything to him, he was a good communicator, and he called Julio with vehicle updates.
