Rose said there were some issues with when this business was going to be done with the repairs on her vehicle. The car rental company contacted her to tell her the vehicle had been ready for two or three days. When she went to pick it up, they told her they had called her once but were not able to reach her. She said they should have been a little more proactive with trying to find out why she had not gotten back to them. She did not have any voice messages on her telephone so she is unsure if they actually called, or if something was wrong with her telephone. When her vehicle is being repaired she does not want to call everyday to find out what is going on, they should be contacting her. She was happy with the repairs, but when she received the vehicle her heating and air conditioning were not working but it was when she dropped it off. She has contacted this business about it. She said they told her it would be done around Christmas, but since it was a holiday, it may be a little longer. She was not contacted after she dropped the vehicle off informing her the status of her vehicle. She was not satisfied with the communication due to reasons already stated.
