Spoke with Cheryl. She said it was hard to get a hold of the person handling her vehicle. She would leave messages but her calls were never returned. She was not given a time the vehicle would be ready but they kept her vehicle 3 weeks. She was not kept informed during the repair process because of what has already been shared. The insurance company handled the estimate and she was not involved.
