Dale said he and his wife had collisions in their vehicles on two consecutive days. Both vehicles' rear bumpers needed replacing. He said the repairs provided at this business were done properly and in a timely manner. One of the vehicles was finished when promised the other vehicle was delayed 1 day because of a parts delay.
