Spoke with Jeremy. He said he rated 2 overall because it took an awful long time, and they put in the wrong parts because, he presumed, the insurance company made them. He's sold the Cadillac, but he heard the paint work was terrible. The company he sold it to had the paint work tested, they said it was terrible, and they said the paint work had to be completely redone. Jeremy wasn't satisfied with the repair because apparently a radio system they installed was a used radio system, and it was the wrong radio system, so it had to be completely replaced with the correct radio system. A time was never promised and it took a long time. He wasn't kept much informed, the only time he learned anything was when he called them. Jeremy wasn't there for the estimate. The only time he got information was when he called them, so he wasn't satisfied with communication. As a result of this experience he would not recommend this facility and he would never recommend a Cadillac. The men at the front line were very pleasant and very helpful, and any dealings he had with them were excellent, but as far as information, and the time it took, it was horrendous, and they wonder why people buy Hondas. With Honda he's had much worse damage repaired in half the time.
