Bonie said she was very happy with her experience but she had to argue with this business because she wanted the windshield replaced and they didn't want to do it, but other than that the work was really great. She said there was a lot of back and forth about the windshield, but the insurance adjustor called and the windshield was replaced. The vehicle was ready when promised, but this business never called and after three weeks when she asked when the work would be completed they told her the vehicle would be ready the next day and it was. She was kept informed, but she wasn't satisfied with the communication because she had to contact them for information.
