Terry said this business did not take care of a body work problem on a door. He was in for three visits and the workmanship is still not satisfactory. He has decided not to try to go back. He said he told the business they did not need to keep him adequately informed. He requested they call him when the job was done instead. He was not completely satisfied with the way he was treated because the business did not correct the problem with the door. He said he was not happy with communications because of the workmanship. He will not recommend this business because of this experience. He said he had been a customer years ago and knew some of the personnel at that time and they did good work then.
