The service is always fast, and done correctly. They explain the work they do and went out of their way to fit me into the schedule when I was on a bit of a tight schedule. They are very easy to work with and would recommend their service to anyone!

Hi Karen,
    Thank you for taking the time to complete your review.  I am sorry that you are disappointed that the noise from the brake pedal is still there.  As the advisor mentioned the noise that is being heard is normal and is a noise that is heard on all hybrid vehicles of your make.  We did complete a full inspection of the vehicle before determining this.  We also compared like vehicles and brand new vehicles and the noise that you hear is heard on all vehicles we tested.  This is how the vehicle was designed and putting new parts on would not change the outcome.  If you have any further questions please contact me directly i would be glad to help in any way possible.  Thank you again.

"Sales (5 stars) Service(2 stars) - do not feel sercure for major repairs after my experience"
I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from Mathews Hyundai, since 2015 we have purchased 5 vehicles from Mathews. Maybe my issues are small, but I just feel when I get my vehicle back, I should not have to do anything but get in and drive it. I should not have had to reconnect my phone and according to them my radio should not have been involved, but it was.
