Fredrick said the employees were very good and capable. Their promise date was a little off. The part came in and it took 2 more days for them to repair the vehicle.

Robert said he always brings his vehicles to this business for major repairs. He brought his vehicle in and they were aware he needed it by a certain time frame. He feels like they dozed around on the work and did not get it done in time. He was upset because he had to pay an additional $114 for a rental vehicle.

Heather said she dropped her vehicle off on the first of December and she did not get it until the sixteenth. There was a mechanic there that would not return her calls. However, the manager was really nice and he returned her calls. Overall, she still would not recommend this business due to this experience.
