I spoke with Lynda and apologized about the hood being left partially open. I asked that she stop by and allow me to inspect the hood to make sure everything was ok. She stopped by and there was no damage to the hood. We were working under the dash and the technician working on the vehicle thought he must have hit the hood release without realizing it.
