The reason I prefaced my review with this is because too often service repair companies will take advantage of a situation and due to this reality I am VERY leary of other service companies particularly in the automotive repair industry.
My vehicle had been acting wonky and I hesitated to bring it in. After some recommendations to Matt's Automotive Service Center in Moorhead I hesitantly decided to give it a try.
I brought my vehicle in and they got me in right away. As they went deeper into the repair they found that one of the computers needed to be replaced. They told me it would take a week to get the part in. This was a problem for me because I run a business and the car that was in for repair was my business vehicle. So what to do? Matt arranged for transportation for me and made sure I could continue to operate without interruption.
I couldn't say enough great things about the team at Matt's. The repair was done ahead of time, I was not left stranded and Matt made sure I was taken care of. Their staff was personable, the shop was clean and their courtesy driver Kelly was AWESOME!
I will be trusting all my repairs to Matt from this point on and it is always reassuring when I find a business that is committed to customer service like we are.
