Not happy
I thought to be completely satisfied until we began our trip to Florida on Thursday Feb 14, 2013. While driving on Rt 81 just 8 miles past Cortland one of the lower connecting links came loose dumping 5 quarts of transmission fluid. We were towed to Rick & Ricks for repairs which cost an additional $125. After thinking about what happened and how inconvenienced we were we are asking that the $125 from Rich & Ricks be refunded to us. We know that things happen however we had already spent more than $500 on this same repairs. A check can be sent to our home address.
