I was very pleased with the customer service when I first arrived. The initial encounter was not rushed and all problems with my vehicle were written down. I received daily updates about my vehicle and how things were progressing. I felt the price of repairs was very reasonable and the work was done well. This give me trust in a repair shop and makes it so I would want to return when I find it necessary. There was only one negative I had and that was the fact you are closed on the weekends. It was my fault for not taking notice of the hours but in my wildest dreams would I have thought a car repair shop would be closed on Saturdays. I do understand everyone deserves time off. It would have been nice when the message was left on my phone on Friday telling me my vehicle was complete and that you closed at 5:30, that some mention would have been made that you were closed on the weekend. As it was my wife and I drove down there on Saturday morning to pick-up the vehicle, your sign in the window was blinking "open" and then found the doors locked. Overall I was pleased with my experience with your business. Thank you.
