Knowledgeable staff. Explained everything.
Eric called me every time the trouble was found. Discussed the options and gave me choices. Frequent phone calls kept me informed. Everyone I met was friendly and didn't hesitate to answer my questions. Staff and Eric did a test drive before I got my car back. I have a 2011 car by choice & needed someone who knew how to work on a North star engine. I went to 3 dealers who offered no help. I was super impressed by the competent staff at McCullough. No pushy sales people just competent staff. I recommend them to anyone with car issues. They can find the problem and offer a fair price to fix the problems. I'll be their customer from now on. Dealers only wanted $46.00 for a lightbulb not counting labor,so I found people who know my car, offer quick service for a reasonable price.
