I've reviewed Metric on Yelp before, a few years ago when I was "given" my mom's aged VW. Steve kept the car in tip top shape for years. When it came time for me to get a bigger/newer car and I was thinking of "going off the reservation" as he called it, I made sure Steve would care for the new/used non VW/Audi car before I agreed to buy it- that's how much I trust him. I've sent multiple friends there as well and they all feel the same way. And it doesn't hurt that my Labrador Monty is welcome for cookies anytime we walk by.
