Comfortable waiting area and quick service. Performed an oil change and tire rotation in the estimate time frame. Even allowed me to bring my own oil! Will return again for future service

"Disappointed with the service or vehicle this time around. "
1. I shouldn't have to be without a car all day for an oil change and factory recommended maintenance. 2. Technician recommended over $100 in maintenance and the car isn't even a year old (the 12,000 mile maintenance) and none of it covered by the additional service I am paying for. 3. I feel that the car has a hesitation since the time I bought it. I am being told that they can't find anything and that it is "normal" for this type of transmission. If that's the case, I would not buy another Tucson. I loved my old Tucson.
