Customer service is outstanding
While waiting for my first oil change in my 2013 Hyundai Sonata, I was blown away by the comfort and service I received. The waiting room is comfortable and conducive to me catching up on some business. My salesman came through and remembered me and chatted for a few minutes, which was nice. Lisa, in the service department was extremely personable and friendly, and did a great job explaining to me the recommended maintenance steps, and what's more, I felt as if I wasn't being pressured to add a bunch of extra services. She was honest and told me which items should be addressed now and which ones could wait until my next oil change. All too often I feel as though I'm pressured into leaving with hundreds of dollars of extra work on top of my oil change, but she made me feel at ease leaving a few services for later (which makes me more likely to opt for those services at my next oil change.) All in all, I was pleasantly surprised with my experience and happy about continuing my relationship with Mike Kelly Hyundai and their service department.
