Lack of Knowledge-Mike Miller Hyundai Service Department
The service sales rep could not answer simple questions because the computer was down. You would think they would know the general cost and what brand synthetic oil they use without a computer. At least he could have asked one of the mechanics, but he couldn't be bothered to do that. Most places run your car through the car wash when you have your vehicle seviced, but don't expect that to happen at Mike Miller.

Thank you again for taking the time to speeak with me about the service visit. I will definitely use the feedback to make certain these things do not happen. (hopefully we never have a down computer system again)
