Sean said his vehicle broke down when he was going 65 miles per hour after he picked up his vehicle. He was not told when he should expect the vehicle to be ready. He was not kept informed during the repair process, they did not call him to give him updates. He was not satisfied with the person who prepared his estimate because he was told the work was going to take 15 minutes or less, but it did not. He was not treated well by the personnel because everyone looked annoyed with him. He would not recommend this business for the above reasons. Also, they lost his keys. He said he appreciates that they made him another key, but he feels uneasy that they might go to his home and steal his vehicle.
