Ronda said everyone worked hard to help her, and they did the best they could. She stated she was supposed to get her vehicle back in 5 to 10 days, but got it back in 6 weeks. The delay was caused by additional damage they found, parts had to be ordered, and there was difficulty finding some parts. As far as the delay went, Ronda remarked things happen.
