Spoke with Neeley. She said they were easy to work with, she didn't have any problems, and the work was good. No one ever called, even to say if it was ready. She had to call them, and it was almost closing time, so she had to rush from the north side of town to get to the south side of town before they closed. Communication was the only thing, but it may have been that they were moving and doing renovations that day, and it was kind of crazy. Neeley chose this facility because she has an Equinox and wanted the work done by Chevy. The dealer close to her doesn't have a repair facility, and she'd originally bought the vehicle from the affiliated dealership when it was Riverside.
