Timely service and very knowledgeable mechanics
I've had my vehicles serviced at Morrison several times. Their staff is very knowledgeable and professional. When I bring my vehicle to a shop it's usually because I've exhausted other options and without exception Morrison automotive has delivered. If I had one complaint it would be that often I'm not sure what the final bill will be prior to the work being done. I understand you start work on one thing and find other things that need to be repaired but I would appreciate a reasonable estimate prior to work.

Mark, we would like to thank you, and your wife, for entrusting in us to maintain and repair your vehicles. I do apologize if the were some uncertainty with your final invoice cost. I do remember us discussing the work needed and you approving those repairs with the estimate that I had provided at that time. I did share with you that the estimate was a few dollars higher the what I was anticipating the end cost to be. I was concerned with the smalls parts that we would actually need to complete the repair. If there is ever any concerns please let me know, I want you to feel comfortable with all of the services that we provide. Thank you.
