Plymuth Voyager- Follow Up Repairs
I can not say enough to indicate how happy I am with the follow up repairs that the Motorcar Makovers Inc did on my Plymuth Voyager as result of my pointing out to some of the problems after the first visit to their shop. I am truly amazed how much attention and consideration they give to their customers. I never ever had such a good experience in a car repair shop! Scott and his crew are truly professionals and highly motivated people to service their customers the best. Not only did they repair the exhaust pipe (replaced the whole thing rather than just weld it) that was accidently bend upon my first visit and replaced all (not just one) wheel cover that was lost, but did all that work (parts included) free of charge and with smiling faces. They truly won me over and I will be returning back to the shop with my future car repair needs. Also, I will recommend the shop to all my friends. Truly outstanding service, quality of work and professionalism. All was done expeditiously, efficiently and well. I want to add that Scott contacted me on his own initiative about this follow up repair. I would not call him myself. He really did everything well above my expectations and I am very thankful for such treatment

Best,

Plymuth Voyager Annual Inspection and Other Repairs.
My experience was generally positive. I very much appreciate Scott's accommodating me on a very short notice. I asked for the annual inspection to be performed. I waited till the last moment and he accommodated me plus gave me the ride home so I could get to work using my other car. The problems they found were generally expected; my car is 16 year old plus it has 181,500 miles. Truly, I expected them so I was not surprised, except the leaking break cylinder in he rear left wheel. I replaced them myself about 4-5 years ago. I am glad, however, that they found and corrected the problem as this is an important safety-related problem.

Two things I would like to complain, however. One of the wheel covers were not installed correctly so I lost it on my first ride after fetching the car. This is a perennial problem. Over the years I replaced many wheel covers after my car was serviced in commercial shops. Nowadays I generally I take off the wheel covers before bringing the car to the shop but I failed to do so this time.

The other issue has to do with the car exhaust. Upon fetching the car I noticed that the engine sounded much louder than before. I check over the weekend, and found that the end of exhaust pipe was bend, probably against parking curb when backing up the car ed up or in the shop itself. It crated a hole in the second muffler and hence the louder sound. The car passed the inspection but it will not next year without first fixing the problem.

Hi Mr. Swietlik, Just a quick note to make sure all was addressed the other day on the Voyager. As you can see we did not repair the damaged exhaust pipe but rather REPLACED it so as to not run into any issues in the future. We also replaced ALL 4 hubcaps in a matching set just to show our appreciation and commitment to superior customer service. Unfortunately, sometimes mistakes happen at the shop but we feel confident that our quick response and attention to detail exceeded your expectations. We hope we can be of service to you and your vehicle in the future. Scott Jacobs - Motorcar Makeovers
