Roman said overall he was pretty happy. He would like to know if the business still serves private customers. He said his sister told him that she needed them while he was out of town and they told her they only do commercial vehicles. One of his battery posts was very corroded. The battery went out on him during a recent trip. He said he does not blame them, but he is surprised they did not catch it. The air conditioning does not work, but he does not blame them because they were not able to duplicate the problem. He has recommended them to others.

Spoke with Laurel. She said they were more than fair with her. She said she was told that the air conditioning assembly needed to be entirely replaced for about $2,000. They fixed it for $400. This business was nice, honest, and really friendly.
