Good Place
After an initial bad experience at Muncie Imports, they have proven to be a very honest and fair place to have any work done. They did provide me with a full refund after miss-diagnosing my vehicle and they even took care of a check engine light at no cost. I would definitely recommend them to any friends needing work done to their vehicles. The staff is very friendly and they provide good, quality work!

Worthless
Came in to have my alternator looked at. They informed me that as far as they could tell there was nothing wrong with the alternator but it was a wiring issue. They worked on it for 3 hours (at $90 an hour) and couldn't come up with anything so I decided to take it somewhere else - thank God!!! They also were looking at my door handle and it wasn't even all put back together! I took the car to an independent mechanic and he had it fixed in 2 hours! It turns out it WAS the alternator and that was the only problem. Long story short, I was charged over $200 for nothing but a bad diagnosis and a door panel that wasn't put back altogether! HORRIBLE experience and will not be going back there or referring anyone I know there. If they had their way, they'd still be tearing the car apart looking for the problem at $90 an hour when it was right in front of their faces!

Customer is 100% correct, but we wish he would have contacted us before submitting bad review. Spoke with Shawn and told him we would refund his money. We refunded money and scanned check engine light for him, had 2 faults for alternator that wouldn't erase after another shop installed alternator. Customer delined repair on door so we couldn't fully reinstall door panel correctly without door being open
