Nancy said she rated her overall experience with the business a 4 instead of a 5 because there are scratches that were not there before on the side of her hood. She was charged for a part that was repaired and she thought it was going to be replaced. Overall, she was very pleased with the business.

We spoke to Nancy and clairfied with her what we replaced and what we repaired and what she was charged for. The scratches she referred to were on the fenders and not on the parts we replaced. She was very happy with the repairs
