Warren said his vehicle was a day late but that it could have been miscommunication on his part and him thinking his vehicle was supposed to be ready the day prior. He wasn't expecting to be kept informed and he had a rental vehicle so it didn't matter to him. He did not have any communication with the shop. Warren chose them because he liked that they explained what they were going to do and he trusted them more then the other business he spoke with.
