I arrived without an appointment for an oil change and to get my tire pressure checked. I was greeted upon entering, associate was understanding and helpful and gave me my estimate when asked. I was escorted to the lounge and, when the work was finished, the associate came to get me and showed me to the cash office to pay. Upon my exit, I was thanked and I felt appreciated.
