Napleton’s Valley Service in Aurora and I was told that the tire had sidewall damage and was NOT repairable. The Service Rep told me replacing the tire would cost about $380. Since they did not have the tire I needed I asked that they just put air in to get me home and I would call when I was ready to order the tire I they said I needed.
Upon returning home I decided to get the damage verified. I was blown away when the technician at the tire repair shop came back with my keys and said the tire was repaired!
I DID NOT need a new tire . They removed a nail & screw and plugged the punctures that were NOT NEAR the sidewall.
I believe that Napleton’s Valley Hyundai assumed that as a senior, female they had an “easy mark!” Once your integrity is lost, you also lose me as a customer!!
