Giles said it was difficult to get an appointment with the business because they usually don't have anything available for three or four days to service a vehicle. Scheduling a week or two in advance is a lot more convenient than need be.

We do our very best to get drop offs seen as quickly as possible and make time for everyone. But being a busy shop sometime that can be tricky fitting everyone in immendently.
