In all the years I've done business with NorthBay Imports I have never once seen a dissatisfied customer come into their shop have not seen anyone that did not have a problem that wasn't handled quickly and professionally their techs are the best Chris can coordinate everything to work to the customer's satisfaction I strongly urge you if you own an Audi to allow them the opportunity to service your vehicle and make you feel like someone in the service industry has not taken advantage of you
