"I used to be a big fan of Northbay until my recent experience"
I was devastated when my Audi had major problems on the way home from JFK airport . I was totally unprepared to take on a new car payment. Every day I anxiously awaited news about my car. It took 7 days before I got a definitive diagnosis. What a nightmare it was to learn that Chris let the transport company take my car without my permission!
