Customer came in later in the day for a loaner vehicle. I asked her to verify the noise for me so we could be sure to eliminate it. She stated it was from the left front door area and it was not all the time. She didn't drive with me to verify so unsure of the exact noise we did the best we could. Made adjustment to L/F door after multiple road tests and noise was gone. Customer called back almost 2 weeks later to say noise had come back and she was going to a dealer closer to her for a check / repair.
