North Gary Auto Care Center

I wrote a review a few days ago and stated that I was disappointed with a $10 charge. I has since talked to Frank and feel there was a misunderstanding on the inspection of our car and the charge for it. I would like to make it very clear to anyone who has read my last review that we do trust North Gary with our cars, and feel they do good work and are reasonably priced. We will continue to have our cars serviced there.

We had the Corvette in for a oil change and ask as long as the car is up doing the oil change please check under the car to see if there was any rust and also check the air in the spare tire. When we got the bill I question a charge for $10 and was told that was the charge for checking for the rust and checking the tire. I was very disappointed that you had charged for what I thought a minor request.
We have been customers for many years and have had you service all of our cars thur the years. We have recomended both our children to you and they come to you faithfully.I think you should have taken all that into consideration before you made up the bill.

I have come to trust this business and the management to do what they promise to do and to back it up. I will go nowhere else in the years ahead.
