LaQuinda said she was not satisfied with the service she received. She was not satisfied with the quality of the body work because the top to her convertible was not done right. She had to wait 4 extra hours for her vehicle and they did not give an explanation of why there was a delay. LaQuinda said she would not recommend them because of all the reasons mentioned above.

The repairs to Ms. Jennings vehicle were completed by an outside vendor, orchestrated thru her insurer, which only utilized our facility. North Rockdale Collision did not do any actual repairs to this vehicle and so had no control over when the repairs or the completion time. I have spoken with Ms. Jennings previously regarding her quality concerns & provided her direct contact information for the outside vender & instructions to contact the insurance company directly if she had continued issues.
