Roxanne said the staff performed a good job on time, and their level of customer service was very good. The staff provided a good job with the status of her vehicle by telephone. She did not have to do any of the work with the insurance company, because they took care of the insurance related details. The repair service was completed 2 days earlier than promised. Roxanne stated she was happy with the way she was treated by the staff, but not the vehicle rental company they referred her to for rental services. The place of business was nice and clean.
