Wendy said she called the facility to inform them that her husband was picking the vehicle up. When he got there he searched, but he couldn't find the person he needed to speak with. She said her husband asked and they told him that she was inside the area, but after he checked he was told that she had left for the day. They did not let him pick the vehicle up and they had to wait over the weekend before it was returned.

Mr. McCalmon arrived after hours to pick up the vehicle. The repair technician that assisted him had no way of processing the vehicle for delivery without the office personnel.
