Nikki said she got her vehicle bad 2 or 3 days late because a wrong part had to be reordered. She stated when she picked up her vehicle she noticed a scratch on the handle they hadn't removed. There was a Progressive agent on site, and he agreed to let this business repair the scratch, but Nikki needed her vehicle, and had to leave. This business told her she could bring her vehicle back to get the scratch removed, or they could cut her a check. Nikki noted because she needed her vehicle, she took the check. Because of the above issues she will not recommend this business to others.
