Whitney said the paint work was not to her satisfaction because there were ripples in it and she had to bring the vehicle back for additional paint work. She stated that this business did not have her vehicle ready when promised because it was not cleaned and not detailed properly. She said it took this business an extra day to return her vehicle and she would not recommend them for the reasons stated.

Whitney's vehicle was 1 day late due to our painter having to have emergency surgery which was explained to her. The vehicle did need additional buffing which we performed immediately upon seeing the 'ripples' she pointed out. We do provide a basic detail to every car repaired. However we do not provide complementary FULL details such as shampooing carpets, removing stains & buffing entire car, etc, which is what Whitney wanted. She indicated to our manager that she was trying to sell the car & wanted everything fixed before selling it. The insurance nor our shop are willing to repair unrelated damages, bring back the shine of a 10 year old paint job or pay for a full detail just for her to sell her vehicle.
