Review for North Rockdale Collision Center
Aisha S. on 06/20/2011
Aisha said she was not satisfied with the body work because the locks on the vehicle are not operating properly and her seatbelt warning goes off sporadically. The vehicle was completed earlier than promised, but she would rather they take their time and do it right than to have them rush to finish the work. She has not contacted this business about these issues because she doesn't want to get the run around. They were really nice but they just did a poor job on the repair. For this reason she would not recommend them.

Shop was notified shortly after delivery that Ms. Stewart had an issue with locks not working. We asked her to return asap. She returned on 5/31/11 and issue with door lock was resolved immediately. Customer left with no other concerns voiced. 6/23/11 - I contacted Ms. Stewart this morning stating I had received a survey stating she still had issues with her door locks and seatbelt indicator. She stated she had no idea where I'd gotten that info & confirmed door lock is working fine. She also confirmed seat belt indicator going off. I advised based on the repairs done to her vehicle, the seatbelt indicator shouldn't be related, however if she feels that it is related to the vandalism or repair, she needs to inform Progressive & take her vehicle to a dealership for further diagnosis. We unfortunately do not have the equipment necessary to diagnos this system. If dealership finds this related, Progressive will pay for the charges. She confirmed she understood. We are very disappointed to have received this survey, especially since her concerns were addressed immediately upon us learning of them.
