Hyundai Customer Service states do not trust the Service Advisors
I was told in 2 different conversations that the control arm would be replaced. This is a recall issue. Service stated they were not looking at them, only replacing. 2nd time was when I need to replace the leaking power steering rack prior to the control arm being replaced. This was per the technician and service advisor. The manager could not recall the phone conversation we had when I was questioning the recalls. Control arm was not replaced. Service advisor and Manager was not helpful to resolve the issue. I was not able to submit this without a star rating, I would truly not give a star.

Dale, At Northtowne Hyundai we insist on accurate communication between our service advisors and service customers. We understand your frustration with the confusion over the control arm recall. This recall is to inspect the control arm and only replace if necessary. As you can see with all of our service reviews that we make an effort to make sure all of our customers are happy.
