Verified CustomerThe price on a original equipment sensor costs that much. You were quoted 6 hours on the original check of your exhaust system. After looking at the labor guide that stated 3.9 hours to replace the stock manifolds for both sides. I told you we estimated 1 hour extra per side so that's 6 hours. You were also told that this is an estimate. We are installing non original equipment parts on your car. For this reason it's $84.00 per hour plus parts. I even conformed this at the time of the appointment almost approx. a week later. I was clear enough on both occasions. You had every opportunity to cancel or say no thank you. I can't help that 1 of the 4 oxHagen sensors had damaged threads when we removed it. We called in advance and gave you a choice to try and repair your sensor threads or replace it. You agreed that replacing the sensor was a good idea. The exhaust cut outs are the main issue since they will not bolt up the existing exhaust without modifying it. That's why I stated $84.00 per hour plus parts. There is no way that anyone can install the exhaust cut outs and headers in 4 to 5 hours of labor and do top quality work. I am sorry your not satisfied, but this was all explained before any repairs were made.
