We apologize that you didn't find our suggested services satisfactory and that you decided to go to another facility for repair. Your statement, "they didn't fix anything" isn't accurate. You came to us to have your car diagnosed for rough running and the check engine light was on and you were overdue for an oil change. We performed an oil change. We also diagnosed your light as being on for a poor tune up, and evap system problem. We did so for half the original $85/hr estimate. We also gave you prices on repairs for the tune up, evap system service, and exhaust leak. All of these repair opportunities were declined. It is difficult to accept a poor review when we weren't given an opportunity to repair your vehicle.
